Lady in Pink

On my way to the Louvre to make the pictures from the previous post (NEX-5n vs NEX-7) several interesting scenes caught my fancy, including several statues in an art gallery.

UPDATE : A summary of all this website’s reviews of the Sony NEX-5n and NEX-7 is now available.

As always, click pictures for larger versions, they are much nicer, particularly the B&W 🙂

Oh My! Oh My!

For the last picture, an abstract rendition seemed to fit the shiny metal finish of the statue and red background. That had me kneeling 30 inches in front of the statue’s pelvis with passeres by looking at me as to a dirty ol’ man. Ah well, I ran away before the police turned up 😉

Just accross the road was my meeting point, Le Louvre museum. Here’s the passage that leeds from Rue de Rivoli to the central courtyard with the glass pyramids.

And finally, the central courtyard. Hope you enjoyed the short visit 🙂

Nice Ladies, Pascal! But do you know that, much closer to where you were, there are some much more naked Ladies, and no less a delight to watch? I could show you, but only if you ask me nice-nice…
